Service

AK Services provides merchant onboarding, UPI payment initiation, order tracking and payment verification technology. Funds are paid directly to the selected merchant account.

Merchant responsibility

Merchants must provide accurate KYC, bank, VPA and MID information, use the service only for lawful business and maintain valid provider accounts.

Payment status

A redirect, screenshot or customer-entered UTR alone is not final proof. Success requires confirmation of merchant, amount and transaction reference.

Prohibited use

Illegal goods, impersonation, money laundering, unauthorized collection, misleading transactions, credential theft and provider-rule bypass are prohibited.

Availability and security

UPI, bank, provider and network delays may occur. Users must protect passwords, API secrets and devices. UPI PINs and customer banking OTPs must never be collected.
