Information we collect

AK Services collects registration, merchant, KYC, bank-proof, UPI identifier, security and payment-order information required to operate the service.

How information is used

Information is used for verification, fraud prevention, payment-status processing, customer support, security alerts, legal compliance and service improvement.

OTP and communication

We may send verification codes and alerts through email and WhatsApp. We never ask for a UPI PIN, card PIN or banking OTP.

Payment information

Payments are made directly to approved merchant accounts. We store order references, status and UTR/RRN information for verification and reconciliation.

Security and sharing

Access controls, encryption, audit logs and restricted storage protect information. Data is shared only when needed for the service, fraud prevention or law. We do not sell personal information.
